Holistic Approach

Graston Technique is a form of manual therapy that uses specialized stainless steel instruments to treat areas of soft tissue restriction. During a session, we utilize these instruments to gently scrape over the skin and helps identify and break down scar tissue, adhesions, and fascial restrictions. This helps promotes better blood flow, reduces inflammation, and enhances the body's natural healing process.

The goal is to not only alleviate physical discomfort but also to encourage the body’s natural healing processes. Through improved circulation and reduced inflammation, the technique helps facilitate energy flow, promoting relaxation, and reducing stress. The gentle scraping motions work on a deeper level, bringing attention to areas that may have been neglected or burdened by chronic issues, allowing the body to heal and recover holistically. It supports the integration of physical, mental, and emotional well-being, helping individuals feel more connected, balanced, and rejuvenated.

About Me

Hi, I’m Shirley — a certified Graston Technician, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, and USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach. I founded Happy Go Wellness out of a deep passion for the human body and its incredible ability to heal. Believe it or not, our bodies are designed to recover — they just need the right support.

As a two-time cancer survivor, I know firsthand that recovery isn’t always a straight path. It can be unpredictable, emotional, and challenging. Even minor aches, pains, or injuries can disrupt daily life. That’s why I focus on teaching practical, sustainable techniques that people can integrate into their routines — simple changes that lead to a better quality of life.

My journey has given me a unique perspective on health, healing, and resilience. I approach recovery with empathy, intention, and a deep respect for what the body — and the human spirit — can overcome.
